Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Online Shop, when you see something you like click on the product image to see the product in more detail. If you want to buy the item choose your size (please be sure to check our measuring guide) and colour from the drop down lists then click " Add to Basket". You can check your shopping basket at any time by clicking the "view basket" button. Here you can remove items from your basket that you no longer want. After you have finished all of your selections, click on "Go to Checkout" then click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You can be confident in ordering with us online as all payments are processed by Worldpay which is run by the Royal Bank of Scotland group and is 100% secure.

Shipping And Handling Carriage is by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and requires a signature for receipt of the goods.
Goods are despatched in plain waterproof plastic self sealed bags.
Our carriage charges are as follows :-
U.K. Destinations
Orders up to £50 = £3.00 per order.
Orders £50+ = FREE.
All other destinations £7 per order.

Delivery Schedule We deliver to U.K. and selected destinations only (Refer to shipping and handling section). We aim to despatch your order the next working day but please allow 7 to 10 working days for the goods to arrive. In some circumstances due to stock availability please allow up to 28 days.
If your order is delayed we will email you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and give an estimated delivery date. If this date is delayed we will email you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Vat at the standard rate is included in all our prices.

Credit Card Security All credit and debit card transactions are processed using Worldpay. Worldpay is a 100% secure system run by The Royal bank of Scotland group. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.
They are only decrypted after they reach the Worldpay Server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you wish to return any item please email us within 7 days of receipt of the goods at customerservices@sandras-online.co.uk with your order Reference,
the item you wish to return and the reason. We will email you with all the details you need to return the item.

Please note due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept briefs and brief type items for return.

If you receive products which are defective we will refund or replace the goods providing the damage is a manufacturing defect. All goods are inspected prior to refunds being issued.

Refunds will only be issued providing the goods are Unworn,Unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility (we recommend goods are returned using recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that go missing on the way back to us. If your order Qualified for free carriage and items you are returning take the balance of the order below the qualifying amount, we reserve the right to deduct the Standard Shipping charge from refunds for non defective goods.
If you paid for your goods using a credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
If you paid by cheque we will refund you by cheque.
