Want to check on the status of a delivery?
You can follow the link in your original order confirmation email to check the status of your delivery. Be aware, some items take longer than others to deliver. These will say 7-10 days on the product page.
If you have created an account with us you can log in and check the status of your orders there. If you do not have an account yet you can create one with the same email address you used to place your order and your orders will be linked to your account.
We're a small family run business and as such we spend most of our time sourcing, buying, packing and shipping the finest goods just for you.
To keep our costs down (and our prices low!) we don't have anybody available to answer the phone full time.
The very best way to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you want to call then you can leave a message on our 24/7 answer phone and somebody will contact you just as soon as we get chance.
