Returns are currently taking longer than usual for us to process. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them but that is currently being stretched as our warehouse works hard to fulfil orders on time.

14 Days Returns Policy
Our policy is extended for all items bought between 1st December until 21st December. Items ordered in these days will be eligible for returns until 14th January.
Return any unwashed, unworn items in their original condition (with labels & packaging in tact) within 14 days of receiving them and we will happily issue a full refund for the cost of the goods returned.
If only part of your order needs to be returned you don't have to return the complete order, we can refund part of the order.
For hygiene reasons: we can't accept returns on Underwear (Briefs, Thongs etc) or Hosiery unless it is still in sealed packaging.
You will need to pay for the postage to return the goods. Be aware that until the goods reach us you need to take reasonable care of them, so send them tracked or obtain proof of postage in case they go missing in the post.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are faulty or damaged or where we have sent the incorrect item - we will send a replacement item, with no additional postage charge.
How to make a return
To return an item:
1. Click on start a new return
2. Use your email address and order number to find your order
3. Select the item or items you wish to return
4. We will confirm approval of your return
5. You will receive the returns address and returns authorisation number (please include this with your order so we know which return is yours)
