"I ordered this as I have pain In my shoulder and neck and i hoped a softer strap would help. It did to a degree but then i found that the bottom of the bra rolled up and after a while sitting down i got sharp pain in my sternum which only went when i took the bra off. Unfortunately this bra is not for me."
